Have an illustration or photo you want on a small run of shirts? DTG prints the ink straight onto the garment without making a screen for each color. We use it on 100% cotton apparel we supply.
Tell us how you want the print to feel as well as how it should look. A light shirt with less ink coverage can feel different from a dark one with white ink under the design. We’ll help you choose the shirt with that in mind.
What to send us for a quote

Tell us the style, color and fit you want. We’ll help you choose a 100% cotton blank.
The count
Include the quantity and sizes. If you’re deciding between two counts, send both and we’ll price them.
Your deadline
Two weeks is standard after approval. Tell us when you need the order and whether you want pickup or shipping. If it’s sooner, ask us about rush availability.
Will the file print clearly?
A small image can look sharp on your phone and still look soft across the front of a shirt. Send the original file if you have it, and tell us the print size. We’ll check the small lettering and fine lines before printing.
Dark shirts usually need pretreatment and a white ink base. That extra ink can change the feel, especially across a large solid design.
If your artwork needs work, we’ll explain what needs changing and any design fee before going ahead.
What if you want a different fabric?
Our DTG work is on 100% cotton. Send us the garment you have in mind if it’s a blend or polyester, or if you’re comparing a much larger run. We can also quote DTF or screen printing where they fit the job.

We’ll check your file and the shirt, explain any artwork changes and send the price. You approve the design and placement before production.
Print and collect
We print in Chatsworth, with a two-week standard turnaround after approval. Pick up here or have the order shipped nationwide.

Can I supply my own shirts?
We only print on blanks we supply. Send us the style you like and we’ll help find the right shirt.
All I have is a JPG. Is that okay?
Send it over. A JPG can work for a photo with a rectangular background, but it can’t hold a transparent background. Changing the file extension won’t remove that background or sharpen a small image. We’ll let you know if it needs cleanup.
Do you print DTG on blends or polyester?
Our DTG service uses 100% cotton. We can help you choose another print method for a different fabric.
Can you print a full-color photograph?
Yes. Send the original photo and the size you want it printed. We’ll check how much detail it has and how it’ll look on the shirt.
Will I feel the print?
You may, especially with a large design or white ink under the print on a dark shirt. If a soft feel is a priority, tell us when we’re choosing the garment.
