What we screen print

We screen print tees, polos, hoodies, crewnecks, hats, and tote bags, using blanks we supply. That includes performance and athletic fabrics. Choose the garment by fit, weight, and color.

Tell us where you want the design and how large it should be. We offer prints up to 24 × 32 inches where the garment and placement allow. Inside-neck prints are an option on suitable pieces too.

What affects the price

Quantity

Screen setup is a cost at the start of the job. Spread that cost over more pieces and the price per piece drops.

Ink colors

Each color needs its own screen. On dark garments, the white underbase counts toward the 12-color limit.

Print locations

A front print and a back print are priced separately. Each added location adds to the cost.

Artwork prep

We can help get your artwork ready for print. Design fees may apply.

Ink and specialty options

Plastisol gives an opaque print that stays bright on dark garments. You can feel it on the fabric, especially in large solid areas. Water based ink gives a softer feel and works best on light cotton.

For a raised finish, we offer puff ink. Metallic and other specialty inks are available too. Send Pantone numbers if you have them. We can get close, but can’t guarantee an exact match.

Artwork requirements

Send a PNG or Adobe Illustrator file. If you’re unsure whether it will print well, send what you have and we’ll check it.

  1. Solid colors

Designs built from a few solid colors take fewer screens to set up and usually reproduce more cleanly.

  2. Clean edges

Leave the background transparent where the garment should show through. We’ll check soft edges and color separations for the print you want.

  3. Detail at print size

A logo that reads clearly across a full back can lose detail at left chest size. Thin lines and small lettering need checking at the size you want printed.

When we recommend DTF or DTG

Some orders make more sense as DTF (direct to film) or DTG (direct to garment), especially smaller quantities or artwork with lots of colors. We’ll check the design and garment before recommending a method.

Questions people ask before ordering.

The garment, artwork and quantity can change the answer. These are the useful starting points.

How long do screen prints last?

A well-made print can hold up through regular wear and washing. Turn the garment inside out, wash cold, skip fabric softener and hang dry or use low heat if the care label allows it. If yours wears unusually early, get in touch.

Why won’t you print on shirts I bring in?

We only print on blanks we supply. If we misprint one, we can replace it. Tell us the shirt you like and we’ll help you choose a blank.

Do you keep my screens for a reorder?

Your order size and how often you reorder decide it. Ask when you send the reorder and we’ll tell you where your job stands.

Can I buy screen print transfers to press myself?

No. We print straight onto garments we supply and don’t sell transfers.

What about jerseys with names and numbers?

Jerseys with names and numbers get made in full sublimation or tackle twill, fully custom, picked by your timeline, quantity, and budget.

How can I pay?

Cash, check, Zelle, or credit card.
