Hand digitizing
Your logo is turned into a stitch file by hand, built for the garment it will be stitched on.
We turn the file you have into artwork that will actually print or stitch cleanly.
Hand digitizing • Artwork prep • Logo fixes • Approval
If your logo is a screenshot or you’re not sure it’ll print clearly, send it anyway. We’ll look at the size you want it and point out anything that needs changing. That might mean sharpening the artwork, thickening a line or simplifying detail that won’t show up.
For embroidery, we turn the artwork into instructions the machine can stitch. That’s digitizing. We do it by hand in house for the garment and placement you’ve chosen, typically for $50 to $100 per design. We keep the file for reorders.

Thin lines, low resolution images, and fine detail are what fail at small sizes. We spot them and simplify the design.
We check the file at print size and clean up edges or unwanted background details for the method we’ll use.
We confirm the design with you before anything goes into production.
A PDF or PNG works for embroidery. A PNG or Illustrator file works for printing.
We digitize or clean up the file and flag anything that won’t hold up.
Once you sign off, it goes to production.
You can come to us with finished artwork or something that still needs work.
Only have a small image or a screenshot? Send it and tell us how big you want the print. We’ll explain what needs fixing and quote the work.
Bring your references, wording and the garment you have in mind. We’ll talk through the layout and the design work needed before it goes to print.
A picture of a logo isn’t a stitch file yet. Tell us what it’s going on and where, so we can plan the stitching for that piece.
The garment, artwork and quantity can change the answer. These are the useful starting points.
Most designs are $50 to $100 to digitize, depending on the detail and intended placement. The file is built by hand in house, not run through an automatic converter.
Not always. Cap fronts and flat garments behave differently, so the cleanest result may require a version built for each application. We’ll tell you when a separate file is worth it.
Yes. We keep the approved stitch file on record so a reorder can reproduce the same setup without starting over.
Very small lettering, thin lines, tight spaces and heavy detail tend to close up in thread. We show you what needs to be thickened, opened up or simplified before it reaches a garment.
Send the clearest version you have, even if it’s only a PDF or PNG. We’ll check it for the chosen decoration method and explain what has to change before production.
Tell us what you’re looking to create. We’ll reply with next steps.
