Custom trucker hats are some of the easiest merch to get right. The structured front gives your logo a firm surface, and the mesh back keeps the hat cool. We offer the Richardson 112, the trucker most buyers ask for by name, along with other popular hat brands.
You pick how the logo goes on. We stitch it flat, raise it in 3D puff, or put it on a leather, woven, PVC or rubber patch. Every stitched logo is digitized by hand in our shop for the hat it’s going on, so it sits clean on a curved crown.

Yes. We do leather, woven, PVC and rubber patches on trucker hats.
What’s 3D puff?
Foam is stitched under the thread so the logo stands up off the hat. It works best on bold logos and thick letters.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is two weeks after approval. Rush depends on our current production load.
Can I send my own hats?
No. We only decorate hats we supply, so we can stand behind the finished hat.
