Have a hat in mind?
We offer Richardson 112 truckers and other popular hat brands, and we embroider beanies too. Send us a photo or tell us the fit and color you’re after. We’ll help you find the hat and work out where the logo should go.
If we’ve stitched your logo on a shirt before, tell us. We’ll check whether that file works on the hat or needs adjusting for the curve and seams. For polos, hoodies and other garments, see our embroidery service.

Logo and placement
Send a PDF or PNG and show us where you want the logo. We’ll turn the artwork into a stitch file and let you know if it needs any cleanup first.
Quantity
Tell us how many hats you want, including any split between styles or colors. We can price a couple of quantities if you’re deciding how many to order.
Your date
When do you need them? Two weeks is standard after approval. Tell us whether you’ll pick up in Chatsworth or need shipping, and ask early if you need a rush.
Will your logo work on a hat?
A logo that looks clear on a shirt can get crowded on a hat. Small letters, thin lines and the seam down the front are the things we look at first. Sometimes making the logo a little larger or simplifying a detail is enough.
Beanies need a different approach because the knit stretches and the cuff gives us less room. Send the logo and hat idea together so we can show you what will work before you order.
Looking for puff embroidery or a patch?
3D puff adds height to bold letters and shapes. Fine lettering usually works better stitched flat. We’ll look at your logo and talk through the finish with you.

How to order.
Choose the hat
Send your logo, hat ideas, count and deadline. We’ll come back with the blank, price and any artwork changes we recommend.
Approve the design
We prepare the stitch file in house for the hat you’ve chosen. You approve the design details before we start stitching.
Get your hats
Standard turnaround is two weeks after approval. Pick up at our Chatsworth shop or have the order shipped nationwide.

Can I supply my own hats?
We only embroider hats we supply. If you’ve found one you like, send us the style and we’ll see whether we can source it.
What causes a hat to pucker?
The stitching can pull on the fabric if the design or setup isn’t right for the hat. We look at the stitch density, support and hat together, especially with softer caps.
Can I order just one?
Yes. There’s no minimum, but the setup is spread over one hat instead of a whole run, so the cost per hat is higher.
Can you reuse my logo for another order?
We keep your stitch file. Send the previous order details, and we’ll check whether a new hat style, placement or logo size needs any changes.
